Online payment is accessible through our website. All major credit or debit cards, bank deposits, and remittances are accepted.

Minimum subscription is monthly; however, discounted fees are extended to those who will subscribe for 6 months or 1 year.

No. Users must ensure a reliable and strong internet connection. If on the other hand, it is the performance of the application or system that is unstable, it must be reported to the online customer support of Access Plus available through the company website.

Yes, it is possible but any advance payment for the month will be forfeited and the User will be charged the discounted license fee plus a new requirements gathering will be performed to identify new customization or change requests.

The system will automatically inform the User through email prior to expiry of the subscription to confirm renewal. If he/ she decides to cancel, data will be kept intact in the system up to a certain period but the User will no longer be able to access.

The subscription fees are set based on the Access Plus package selected. For Professionals, fee is per month per user. However, for the Business, the subscription fee is up to 3 users.

Yes. Users may message/ chat the online Customer Support available through the website and expect response within 24-hours. In case of complex concerns, Users may email [email protected] or call a Hotline number published in the website.

The application is secured with the basic security protocol certificates known as an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). It’s the same technology that other financial institutions apply especially for online payments, automated teller machines, etc.

The subscription package (whether Professionals or Business) is based on a per user. If business will require more than 3 Users, it will be recommended to apply for the On-premise or license Accounting software which will require a one-time license fee depending on the specific requirements.
